1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OnOur website at onour.co.uk and all related services, tools, and products ("the Service"). The Service is operated by Bloodstone Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered address at 33 Cavendish Square, Mayfair, London W1G 0PW.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

OnOur is an AI-powered brand audit platform that allows users to assess their digital presence through a self-assessment quiz, automated website and social media scans, and detailed audit reports. We also offer done-for-you digital marketing services.

Our products include:

• Free Quiz: A self-assessment that generates a brand health score across 12 categories.
• Quick Scan (£29): An automated scan of your website, SEO, social media, and Google Business Profile with a branded PDF report.
• Full Audit (£79): A comprehensive audit including competitor analysis, content audit, and a 90-day action plan with a strategy call.
• Quarterly Track (£49/month): A subscription providing full audits every quarter with ongoing monitoring.
• Done-for-you services: Individual digital marketing services priced from £297.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4. Accounts

The free quiz does not require an account. If you purchase a paid product or service, you will need to provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with your account.

5. Payments

5.1 Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.

5.3 Subscriptions

The Quarterly Track subscription is billed monthly. You can cancel at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@onour.co.uk. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Refund Policy

Our products (quiz results, scan reports, audit reports) are digital products that are delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds once the report or service has been delivered.

For done-for-you services, if work has not yet commenced, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase by emailing hello@onour.co.uk. Once work has begun, refunds are not available, but we will work with you to resolve any concerns about the deliverables.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the OnOur website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, scoring algorithms, and report templates, is the property of Bloodstone Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

7.2 Your Content

By submitting data through the quiz or providing information for scans and audits, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use that data to provide the Service to you, improve our algorithms, and generate aggregate anonymised insights. We will not publicly share your individual data without your consent.

7.3 Reports

Reports generated by OnOur are provided for your use. You may share your report with your team, advisors, or service providers. You may not resell reports or use them for commercial purposes beyond your own business.

8. Accuracy and Disclaimers

The scores, grades, and recommendations provided by OnOur are generated through a combination of self-reported data, automated scans, and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, results are indicative and should not be treated as definitive professional advice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be completely accurate. Automated scans rely on publicly available data and third-party APIs, which may change or become unavailable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloodstone Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloodstone Ltd, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination
